Cement Australia is Australia's largest cement company and transporter of cement products. With a fleet of over 220 Prime Movers, travelling in excess of 26 million kilometres per annum, the responsiblities of the company to provide a safe work environment are critical to the business executive.

After extensive consultation and a detailed business case analysis Fleet Effect undertook an 8 week pilot to demonstrate the in field benefits of automating compliance.

After assessing the pilot outcomes it was agreed to extend the brief to include integration into Cements Australias SAP systems, by providing a full mobility solution including job management.

At Cement Australia's request we added many bespoke modules to the already extensive compliance modules available, extending the Argus compliance automation system to include: Hazard & Risk, Eco-Driving and Site Management.

This was a challenging project for both teams and without the dedication of the Cement Australia team, Fleet Effect could not have achieved the outcomes that were defined during the scoping phases of the project.

Our system now provides for a best in class solution for the heavy vehicle transport sector.
