John Tsoucalas

John has had over 20 years experience in senior positions at Telstra, Pacific Dunlop, Reserve Bank of Australia, and Oliver J Nilsen, responsible for R&D, marketing, sales, and export development. Since 1996, John has consulted to major companies, central banks and Government Departments in Japan, UK, USA, and South America, and has been instrumental in facilitating several international partnerships in the security printing, international consulting and telecommunications markets.
John was involved in the electricity industry during the deregulation years, represented Australia at IEC standards meetings, and chaired an Australian Standards committee. Several papers have been presented in the UK, Australia New Zealand and Japan. Renewable energy technology development, marketing and the development of business models which result in sustainable reduction of Greenhouse Gases on a purely commercial basis has been John’s focus for several years. |
Laurie Edwards
Director
Through his early days, Laurie gained a technology grounding in the RAAF, and then moved into IT sales engineering. Starting a technology business during the late 70’s which evolved and grew during the 80’s, Laurie established his entrepreneurial zest and business acumen.
In 1987, Laurie established Peripheral Systems, a mapping based GIS distributor for MapInfo Corporation (USA), and during 1995, achieved Australia’s 16th fastest growing private company.
Since 1998, Laurie has established and grown MapData Sciences into a mapping innovator, with over 250 Australian and 20 international customers in the USA and Europe.

Courtney Smith
Director
Courtney has over 10 years experience in the Telematic and Communication sectors. A highly energetic and motivated contributor to the telematics industry over the last 3 years. Involved in building Autolync from concept to a commercial success within the technology and fleet environments.
Traditionally a sales and marketing specialist, Courtney is now focused on business analysis, financial modelling, functional analysis and technology development activities.
Passionate about providing innovative and financially viable solutions where telematics becomes the enabling technology, therefore assisting with resolving long standing fleet management performance problems. Courtney strives for the formation of long-term strategic relationships that ensure our product will always be capable of delivering ‘best in class’ solutions.
